User Experience Specialist - Remote

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for a User Experience Specialist to join its Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role focuses on providing the best experience to the end user and involves technical challenges across mobile, web applications and devices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams and iterate on UX design in an agile model.
• Work with customers to understand UX requirements and anticipate potential changes based on experience.
• Create quick mockups for initial designs and gather customer feedback to iterate.
• Design high-quality UI according to modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimize software workflows for the best user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working as a developer.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI.
• Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
• Advanced English level.
