We are seeking a talented and collaborative UX/UI Designer to lead the design of engaging, easy-to-use experiences across mobile applications used by thousands of people every day.

What You'll Do
Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for mobile applications, from concept through final delivery.Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and inform design decisions.Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, cohesive, and aligned with business goals.Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across the product.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
What You Need
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design work.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Solid understanding of mobile design principles, responsive design, and iOS/Android platform guidelines.Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for great user experiences.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience designing apps for children or educational platforms is a plus.
