The person in this role will welcome customers, provide product information, answer questions, and guide shoppers through available options to support purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the sales floor is organized, processing sales transactions, and handling basic administrative tasks related to orders and inventory. The role also involves following up with customers, sharing promotions, and gathering feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Collaboration with the store team to meet sales targets, support merchandising activities, and participate in occasional events or campaigns is expected.Qualifications Demonstrated sales and customer service abilities, including experience engaging with customers and supporting purchase decisions.Strong communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.Basic familiarity with retail operations, including handling point-of-sale systems, cash, and inventory checks.Ability to work on-site in Panama City with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.Comfort working as part of a team, with a positive attitude toward collaboration and shared sales goals.Previous experience in retail, home goods, or related sectors is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
