Vietnamese Cantonese Speaking Sales Advisor

The Sales Advisor will interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online platforms to promote and sell products and services. You will also provide basic customer service support and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities on every call
• Identify customer needs using scripts and probing techniques and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
• Ensure service quality meets KPIs and contractual service goals
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
• Listen actively to customer concerns and build strong rapport
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
• Participate in training and activities to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with billing and account-related inquiries
