Key Responsibilities Receive inbound phone calls to efficiently resolve routine and complex issues involving patients, doctors, and insurers, ensuring timely and accurate support. Provide compassionate patient care by accurately supporting pharmaceutical programs and triaging inquiries to specialized teams when necessary. Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets, contributing to team success and patient satisfaction metrics. Document all call information and data discovery meticulously according to established operating procedures to maintain quality and compliance. Utilize company Knowledge Base resources as a foundation for resolving inquiries, ensuring consistent and up-to-date information delivery. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information, adhering to HIPAA and company privacy standards. Develop a thorough understanding of company security and privacy practices to safeguard sensitive data. Participate in ongoing education about product changes, new features, and launches to stay current and enhance service quality. Contribute feedback to management aimed at improving patient experience, product materials, and internal processes. What We're Looking For Required: Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and Korean with a strong command of English, both verbal and written. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Proven experience in customer service or inbound call center environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Sound technical aptitude, analytical skills, and good judgment with a strong operational focus. A passion for delivering top-notch patient care and support. Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams. Strong ability to learn and adapt to complex software and systems. Preferred: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related industries. Prior knowledge of pharma programs and patient support services. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations.
