Join Blink Health as a Vietnamese/Korean Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA! We are seeking a dedicated bilingual professional fluent in Vietnamese and Korean with strong English skills to provide exceptional patient support and resolve inquiries related to pharmaceutical programs. Responsibilities: Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues involving patients, doctors, and insurers. Deliver accurate patient care support for pharma programs and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary. Consistently meet and exceed structured performance targets. Document all call information and data discovery following company operating procedures. Utilize Knowledge Base resources to effectively resolve inquiries. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information. Develop a strong understanding of company security and privacy practices. Participate in ongoing education on product updates, new features, and launches. Contribute feedback to management to enhance patient experience, products, and processes. Requirements: Bilingual Vietnamese required; Korean language skills strongly preferred; excellent English communication skills mandatory. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Experience in customer service or inbound call centers required. Healthcare, pharmacy, or related industry experience is a strong plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical aptitude with analytical ability and sound judgment. Passion for delivering top-notch patient care. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments. Quick learner with the ability to master complex software systems. Location & Hours: Full-time, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, PA. Flexible shifts Monday through Friday including 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, and 1pm-9pm. Option for 4-day, 10-hour shifts from 10am-8pm available.
