Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment tasks including sourcing qualified candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process. Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training requirements are completed accurately and promptly. Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and employees regarding application status, interview scheduling, and inquiries. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently for team members to optimize time management. Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining digital filing systems and data entry to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance recruitment strategies and improve employee integration and retention. Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional certifications in Human Resources or Administration are a plus. Proficiency in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and effective communication strategies. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a virtual assistant or HR support role. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders. Preferred: Prior experience working in a dynamic team environment with cross-department collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
