Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates using multiple platforms to build a strong talent pipeline aligned with company needs. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in writing clear, engaging job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to accurately reflect candidate status and recruitment progress. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit, improving hiring quality and retention. Prepare detailed recruitment reports and metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions. Engage with potential candidates via email and social media, promoting our employer brand and job openings effectively. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or related field is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Japanese highly desirable. Proficiency with CRM software and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data efficiently. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites for talent sourcing. Preferred: Experience in recruitment or administrative roles, demonstrating understanding of hiring workflows.
