Part-Time Virtual Assistant Recruiter in Osaka, Japan

Kron Development is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant - Recruiter to join our team in Osaka, Japan. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment while playing a key role in attracting and engaging top talent to support our organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple platforms to fill open positions efficiently. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in writing compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse talent pool. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate data and progress monitoring. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing recruitment metrics reports. Engage potential candidates through email and social media to promote job openings and enhance the company brand. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and applicant tracking systems. Recruitment or administrative experience preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites. Fluency in both Japanese and English is highly desirable. This position is part of a small, collaborative team, offering close support and direct reporting to the recruitment manager.
