This environment offers team members the opportunity to work within an established, growing organization committed to outstanding guest experiences.Role Description The VLO role at TAFER Residence Club is a full-time, on-site position based in Cabo San Lucas, BCS. This role focuses on supporting guests and members through the vacation lifecycle, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and orientation, and explaining residence club benefits and services. The VLO provides information about accommodations, amenities, local attractions, and activities, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Day-to-day responsibilities may include handling inquiries, coordinating with front desk and concierge staff, updating guest records, and guiding guests through club processes and offerings. The role requires consistent professional communication, proactive support, and collaboration with the wider resort team to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.Qualifications Strong guest service and hospitality skills, including a genuine focus on delivering positive and memorable experiences.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with diverse guests and team members.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple guest requests, administrative tasks, and follow-up activities.Basic computer literacy and comfort with resort systems, reservation platforms, and digital communication tools.Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.Fluency in Spanish; conversational or fluent English is highly beneficial for interacting with international guests.Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or vacation ownership environments is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is an advantage.
