ResponsibilitiesOPI Interpreter: Provide accurate, real-time interpretation over audio calls between limited-English-proficient parties and service providers, maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct throughout.VRI Interpreter: Deliver accurate, real-time interpretation via live video, leveraging visual and non-verbal cues to ensure precise communication, including for sign language and sensitive settings.
