Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers , present menus, and assist with meal selections. Take accurate orders and note any special requests efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly and monitor table needs throughout the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are ready for guests. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and resolve any concerns quickly. Coordinate with kitchen staff to communicate orders and modifications smoothly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to take and process orders with accuracy. Good knowledge of the menu and eagerness to learn about new dishes. No formal education required; relevant customer service experience is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is a plus.
