Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse team in Houston. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Load trailers with truck orders and standard work, forklifts and handstand for pick-up and stage pallets
• Safely move and place palletized products into warehouses racks or areas
• Pick, prepare, and stage LTL and UPS orders accurately and efficiently
• Repackage products, including private labeling and shrink wrapping
• Correctly print and apply product labels
• Operate stretch wrappers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
• Complete finished goods put-away using the FLOW/Trand system and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Strong commitment to completing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• High school-level math and computer skills or higher
• Ability to learn basic computer software and additional clerical shipping duties
• Must prioritize safety at all times
• Forklift and other equipment must only be operated with proper authorization, training, and inspection

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Ability to stand for extended periods, including 10+ hours when required
• Manual dexterity required
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including heat and cold

$20.00/Hour
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
