Load and unload materials efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of shipments. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to comply with safety standards and improve workflow. Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly to supervisors. Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all operational guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and improve packing and sorting throughput by at least 10%. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations to minimize workplace incidents. Assist in inventory audits and stocktaking activities to ensure accurate records. What We're Looking For Required: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
