Company is hiring a dedicated Picker/Packer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu . This full-time role is vital to our warehouse operations, focusing on accurate product selection and secure packaging for shipment. Join our team to help maintain efficient distribution and meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products from inventory according to order details. Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring all products are included. Label packages properly and prepare them for delivery while keeping the packing area organized. Maintain precise records of picked and packed items with proper documentation. Communicate effectively with team members to improve workflow and solve issues. Follow safety standards and company policies during all tasks. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy. Ability to work well in a team environment. Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred but not mandatory. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and requires close collaboration with shipping and warehouse teams. Cross-department cooperation may be necessary to address product availability and customer inquiries. Salary: ₹18,000 per month
