Company is hiring a dedicated Picker/Packer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This full-time role is essential for ensuring accurate selection and secure packaging of products for shipment, supporting efficient warehouse operations and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products from inventory according to order details. Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipment. Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch. Maintain precise records of picked and packed goods for documentation. Communicate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily tasks. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management when needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Ability to work well within a team environment. Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not mandatory. The Picker/Packer will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborate with shipping and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations. Cross-department communication may be necessary to address product availability and customer inquiries. Compensation: ₹18,000 per month
