Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and best practices. Identify and recommend process improvements to elevate the overall customer experience and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for clear customer interactions. Proficiency with customer service software and digital communication tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role preferred but not mandatory.
