Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment to source and attract top talent across multiple industries. Deliver expert advisory services to clients on recruitment strategies and industry best practices. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through diverse networking platforms and strategies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment aligns with client needs and expectations. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. Contribute to team meetings by proposing innovative solutions to recruitment challenges. Stay informed on the latest industry trends to provide valuable insights during client consultations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven skills in recruitment, advisory, networking, and teamwork. Experience with recruitment tools and platforms. Prior experience in a recruitment advisory role is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
