Key Responsibilities Design and implement integration solutions to streamline workflows across multiple systems. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to boost operational efficiency. Analyze current workflows, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements ensuring integrations meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration challenges promptly. Document integration processes, workflows, and updates for effective knowledge sharing. Monitor and evaluate integration effectiveness post-implementation using success metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong expertise in workflow integrations, API connectivity, and automation architecture. Experience integrating business applications using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and third-party connectors. Knowledge of workflow routing logic, conditional triggers, approval chains, and data mapping. Hands-on experience with workflow platforms like Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, Zoho Creator, or similar tools. Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or native integration frameworks. Understanding of JSON, API authentication methods, and system-to-system communication. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve integration issues and optimize workflow performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
