Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to evaluate students' academic needs and progress. Regularly follow up with students to monitor performance and recommend interventions. Collaborate closely with educators and faculty to understand program requirements and offerings. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress for reporting purposes. Organize workshops and seminars to inform students about available academic resources and services. Participate actively in team meetings to improve counseling processes and student outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in counseling techniques and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in academic counseling preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with student management software is a plus.
