Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to tax regulations. Generate financial reports that provide insights into the company’s performance and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial transactions and resolve discrepancies. Assist in budgeting and forecasting to align with organizational goals. Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Proven expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Auditing. Experience with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Industry certifications like CA or CPA are a plus.
