Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers promoting our products and services. Provide accurate information and professionally address client inquiries. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database. Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales through effective communication. Coordinate with the sales team to relay customer feedback and improve service offerings. Achieve and exceed daily call targets and contribute to monthly sales goals. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategize improvements. Qualifications Relevant certification in communication or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
