Stay current with financial regulations and industry standards to maintain compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting principles. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
