This full-time role is essential to maintaining smooth and efficient operations across multiple departments in a dynamic and friendly work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records to ensure seamless information flow. Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring materials are well-stocked and readily available. Support team projects by compiling data and preparing detailed reports as required. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information. Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and archiving documents to uphold documentation standards. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly to maintain data integrity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software tools. Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
