Conduct personalized counselling sessions to assess student needs and recommend suitable educational pathways. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders. Assist in organizing and participating in educational fairs and outreach programs to promote the institution. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and admission requirements to offer accurate information. Manage inquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations effectively. Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful admissions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and stakeholders. Experience in educational counselling or customer service is an advantage. Familiarity with educational software and CRM tools preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience is desirable. Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills.
