Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Provide professional guidance to prospective students about admission procedures and academic programs. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and recommend suitable educational pathways. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders. Assist in organizing and participating in educational fairs and outreach programs to promote the institution. Stay informed about industry trends and admission requirements to offer accurate advice. Manage inquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations effectively. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful admissions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders. Experience in educational counselling or customer service is an advantage. Familiarity with educational software and CRM tools is preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience is desirable. Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
