Job Title: Senior Education Counsellor / Education Counsellor Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Experience: 0-5 years Job Type: Full-Time Education Counsellor: 0–2 Years experience Senior Education Counsellor: 2–5 Years experience (EdTech preferred) Job Responsibilities: Counsel students on courses and career opportunities to help them make informed decisions Manage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed admissions Follow up consistently with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messaging Maintain accurate student data and records in CRM systems Meet and exceed monthly admission targets Provide comprehensive admission support throughout the enrollment process Additional Responsibilities for Senior Role: Mentor and guide junior counsellors, handling escalations efficiently Support team performance improvement and conduct training sessions Required Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills Strong target-oriented and goal-driven mindset Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software tools Effective follow-up and problem-solving capabilities Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline Prior experience in counselling, sales, or EdTech is preferred Salary: ₹30,000 per month Location: This is an on-site position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
