Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational organizations through consistent communication and follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract and inform potential applicants. Review applications and provide admission recommendations based on established criteria to ensure fairness. Participate actively in recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions to promote UNext directly to prospective students. Track admission metrics and analyze data to refine outreach strategies and boost enrollment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. Strong skills in sales, communication, and presentations. Experience in admissions or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
