Join Third Way Health as a Bilingual Call Center Agent in Medellín! We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Call Center Agent with strong English skills (B2+/C1) and at least 6 months of experience in a call center or BPO environment. Job Details: Location: Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia Salary: $3,000,000 COP per month + $650,000 COP bonus Contract: Indefinite term Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (U.S. holiday calendar) Work Mode: On-site (Presencial) Benefits: Private health insurance Dental plan Food perks: snacks on Mondays and Wednesdays, lunch on Fridays Gym access Coffee station Vacation: minimum 15 days, up to 21 days Requirements: English proficiency at B2+/C1 level and 6 months of call center or BPO experience.
