We are seeking a dedicated AI-Assisted Document Translator to join our team in New York, New York. As part of a dynamic and growing company, you will work in a part-time capacity, contributing to the translation of documents with the assistance of AI technology. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our documents are accurately translated, which significantly impacts our communication and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities Utilize AI tools to translate documents accurately from one language to another. Review and edit translations to ensure clarity, coherence, and context appropriateness. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards. Engage with clients to understand specific translation needs and preferences. Efficiently manage multiple translation projects and meet tight deadlines. Utilize computer skills to navigate translation software and maintain records of translated documents. Continuously learn and adapt to new translation techniques and AI advancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (fluent in English and at least one other language) High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in document translation is preferred Proficient in using computer-based translation tools Strong communication and editing skills Ability to learn new technologies and translation methods quickly Experience with AI-assisted tools is a plus As an AI-Assisted Document Translator, you will work closely with our team of translators and editors.
