Axiom Payment System is hiring a motivated and friendly Appointment Setter in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. This full-time position is key to driving customer engagement by connecting potential clients with our payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to schedule appointments. Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and build strong relationships. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and appointments using CRM software. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on client needs and service offerings. Follow up on appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and support ongoing engagement. Participate actively in team meetings to review performance metrics and improve processes. Assist in onboarding and training new appointment setters by sharing best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Proven communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork skills. Experience with CRM software and general computer proficiency. 1-2 years of experience in a similar appointment setting or customer engagement role is preferred.
