Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints aligned with client needs and regulatory standards. Plan projects comprehensively to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout all project phases. Apply problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and meet project requirements. Create technical drawings and specifications using architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success. Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance during design and construction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field. Strong skills in design, planning, and project management. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in technical drawing and architectural software tools (AutoCAD, Revit). 3-5 years of relevant architecture experience preferred.
