Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth training sessions on security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and deliver engaging instructional materials, including presentations, training manuals, and assessments. Demonstrate practical security techniques such as surveillance, patrolling, and communication skills through hands-on exercises. Evaluate trainees’ performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster development. Maintain thorough records of training sessions, participant performance, and compliance with training standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance training programs and share best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to trainees, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a supportive learning environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education or certifications in security or law enforcement is a plus. Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in surveillance practices and security operations. Proficiency in customer service and teamwork within a training setting. At least 2 years of experience in security or a willingness to learn; prior instruction experience preferred.
