Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for potential threats. Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with proper reporting. Prepare detailed daily activity reports and document irregularities. Enforce facility rules to deter misconduct and maintain order. Collaborate with local law enforcement and assist in investigations when necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in security or surveillance roles preferred but not mandatory. Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting tools is a plus. Relevant security training beneficial but not required. At least 1 year of security experience is desirable. As part of our security team, you will report directly to the Security Supervisor and collaborate closely with fellow guards and management to maintain a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Nashville, TN, offering a competitive salary of $18,000 per year.
