Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on craftsmanship to create, repair, and maintain various products and structures. Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship and a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery. Assess project needs and materials, recommending improvements and adjustments as necessary. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Keep accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used. Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and craftsmanship. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in craftsmanship or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with craftsmanship tools, materials, and techniques. Relevant craftsmanship certifications are a plus. Work closely with other artisans and report to the Craftsmanship Supervisor. This role is based onsite in Soweto and is not eligible for remote work.
