You will work closely with talented artists, guiding them through marketing, contract negotiations, and live event coordination to maximize their growth and exposure. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote artists and their music across digital platforms and social media. Build and maintain strong industry relationships with record labels, promoters, and media contacts to create new opportunities. Negotiate contracts and manage business affairs ensuring artists’ interests are protected and optimized. Coordinate live performances including bookings, logistics, and promotional activities to enhance audience engagement. Analyze market trends to align artists’ brand and music direction with current industry standards. Facilitate communication between artists and stakeholders to ensure clear goal alignment. Evaluate success metrics such as audience growth, engagement, and financial performance to inform strategic decisions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Business Management or related field. Proficient in artist management, music industry knowledge, digital marketing, networking, and social media management. Experience managing artists or similar roles preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with relevant music industry software and tools.
