You will leverage your expertise to guide talent, build industry relationships, and maximize artist exposure. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote artists and their music using digital marketing and social media platforms. Establish and maintain strong connections with record labels, promoters, media, and other key industry stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage business affairs to protect and advance artists’ interests. Coordinate live performances including bookings, logistics, and promotion to enhance audience engagement. Analyze market trends to align artists’ brand and music with current industry standards. Ensure clear communication between artists and stakeholders to align goals and expectations. Evaluate success metrics such as audience growth, engagement, and financial performance to inform strategic decisions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management or related field. Proficiency in artist management, music industry knowledge, digital marketing, networking, and social media management. Experience managing artists or similar roles preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with relevant music industry software and tools. As part of a collaborative team, you will support ongoing artistic development and report directly to senior management. This role is based in Johannesburg and is not eligible for remote work.
