This role offers a direct impact on the efficiency of our HR department within a passionate and proactive small team. Key Responsibilities Manage the HR department’s calendar and coordinate meetings efficiently. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly. Assist in organizing HR documentation and maintaining accurate files. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for HR management. Monitor administrative processes and employee wellness programs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR administrative processes. Preferred Qualifications Education: Completed secondary education. Skills: Strong organizational abilities, computer literacy, proactivity, problem-solving, calendar management, communication, customer service, and adaptability. Experience: Previous administrative experience is valued, preferably within human resources.
