Join Consorcio Corporativo SA as a Human Resources Assistant in Bogotá. We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to support our HR operations in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. This role directly impacts talent management and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting and application management. Update and maintain employee databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate logistics for training sessions and team development events. Support administrative tasks within the HR department, including report and document preparation. Collaborate on implementing HR policies and procedures. Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support. Participate in special projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications University student in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Basic knowledge of HR management tools and Microsoft Office.
