Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software, ensuring full compliance with GST regulations. Assist in the preparation and detailed analysis of financial statements and management reports to support decision-making. Perform timely reconciliations of bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support the month-end close process by ensuring all accounts are reconciled and financial data is accurate. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper handling and reporting of financial information. Assist in audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and providing financial analysis as required. What We're Looking For Required: Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Tally accounting software and thorough understanding of GST compliance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Preferred: 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles. Familiarity with audit processes and financial reporting standards.
