Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair automated and industrial machinery to maintain peak performance. Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Train and mentor junior mechanics on best practices in automation and mechanical maintenance. Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Trade-qualified Mechanic (essential). Strong mechanical skills with a solid understanding of industrial automation systems. Certifications in industrial mechanics or automation (preferred). Proficiency with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar automation-focused role.
