Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Appium to ensure robust software quality. Execute automated and manual test cases across functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects early. Document software defects clearly and concisely, facilitating effective communication with developers and product managers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios. Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product reliability and user experience. Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing testing frameworks and automation strategies. Continuously improve testing processes and tools, driving efficiency and quality in the QA lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in software automation testing. Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or equivalents. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE. Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
