Position: Automotive Service Advisor - Barranquilla
We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team in Barranquilla.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage service personnel.
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide expert advice to clients, including Renting Colombia and Bavaria.
- Manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and service orders.
- Occasionally train drivers on understanding Mercedes-Benz vehicle indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor.
- Technical or technologist degree in automotive mechanics or related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Spiga+ or Autoliena is desirable.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
