We're looking for a seasoned AWS Engineer with over 9 years of experience to join us on-site and drive innovative cloud migration and modernization projects. Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute comprehensive cloud migration strategies to AWS, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for automated infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management. Modernize and deploy Spring Boot Microservices on AWS platforms such as ECS, EC2, and Auto Scaling Groups to optimize scalability and performance. Implement secure and scalable architectures leveraging AWS services including DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch for monitoring. Set up robust monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana to ensure high availability and rapid incident response. Optimize application performance, availability, and disaster recovery strategies aligned with business continuity goals. Collaborate closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline automation and integration. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues in complex cloud environments, driving continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: 9+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud architecture and services including ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling Groups, and OpenSearch. Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform; CloudFormation experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework and Microservices architecture. Experience deploying and managing containerized workloads using Docker and AWS ECS. Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana for metrics collection and visualization. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. Familiarity with cloud security best practices, networking concepts, and cost optimization strategies. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
