This role offers the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences while working in a busy and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and customer preferences. Showcase excellent mixology skills by crafting signature cocktails that impress our patrons. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a welcoming setting for guests. Engage with customers to offer recommendations and answer questions about drinks and menu items. Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately, ensuring excellent service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to support smooth and efficient bar operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to keep the bar well-stocked. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required. Certification in responsible beverage service is preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and management to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. You will report directly to the Bar Manager, ensuring alignment with team goals and standards.
