Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Fluency in English and Spanish, as strong bilingual communication skills are essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry. Experience with hotel management software and property management systems.
