Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA specialists to gather requirements and refine design concepts. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency in Figma with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. Experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows and creativity. Strong prototyping skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience with QA processes in design projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a bilingual environment.
