Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive prototypes and user interfaces using Figma, ensuring adherence to best design principles and usability standards. Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to optimize creativity and efficiency, reducing iteration cycles by up to 30%. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA specialists to gather requirements and refine design concepts. Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure design fidelity and seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing constructive feedback that elevates team output. Maintain and update comprehensive design systems and documentation, ensuring version control and asset accessibility for all stakeholders. Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and AI advancements to continuously innovate and improve project outcomes. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency in Figma with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. Experience using AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows and creativity. Strong prototyping skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience with QA processes in design projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a bilingual environment. Willingness to work night shifts to collaborate with overseas teams. Preferred: Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
