Key Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and treatment services to clients in both English and Spanish. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized hairstyling approach. Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge styles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations and salon facilities following health and safety standards. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and collaborate on salon promotions. Meet performance goals related to client satisfaction, service quality, and sales targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven expertise in hair cutting and styling techniques. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Comprehensive knowledge of hair care products and services. Valid cosmetology license preferred but not required. 1-3 years of salon experience preferred; however, candidates with less experience but strong skills will be considered.
