Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical protocols and patient safety. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical record systems. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Preferred: Certification from ANCC or AANP. Experience working in diverse, urban healthcare environments. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and cultural competence.
