Job description

Towne U.S. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Baltimore, Maryland team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field and will play a vital role in improving individuals' quality of life through behavioral interventions. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify behavioral patterns and client needs. Develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client. Monitor client progress by collecting and analyzing behavioral data. Provide training and guidance to intervention staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and families to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with ethical and organizational standards. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working with individuals facing behavioral challenges is preferred. This position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and reports to a program supervisor to ensure alignment with Towne U.S. goals and compliance with all applicable standards.
