Located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, this position requires your presence at our office and various field locations to maximize outreach and impact. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging online and offline counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational needs and career goals. Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing objections. Participate actively in field visits, campus interactions, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and conversion data using CRM tools to ensure seamless tracking and reporting. Coordinate with internal teams such as admissions and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new students. Handle customer objections professionally, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the enrollment process. Leverage CRM and MS Excel skills to analyze sales data and improve conversion strategies. What We're Looking For Required: 1–2 years of proven experience in EdTech sales or business development roles. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences. Target-driven mindset with a willingness to work in the field and meet clients face-to-face. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Excel for data management and reporting. Ability to work from our Hyderabad office on a full-time basis.
