Key Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and online research Generate and qualify leads from diverse sources Conduct client meetings to present company products and services Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to enhance lead generation strategies Requirements For Freshers Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn For Experienced Candidates 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills Experience with CRM tools Industry knowledge is an added advantage Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience) Attractive Commission Structure with performance-based incentives Additional bonuses for outstanding performance
