Job description
SNAB Solution is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu . This full-time position offers a key role in driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets. Engage proactively with prospective clients to understand their needs and clearly communicate the value of our products and services. Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct presentations and demos tailored to client requirements to showcase company offerings. Maintain and update detailed records of client interactions, sales leads, and opportunities using CRM software. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets contributing to overall business growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Any relevant degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development is a plus; fresh graduates with strong ambition are encouraged to apply.
