Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence in Sri Lanka. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate effectively with the India team regarding pricing strategies, product updates, and client requirements to align business goals. Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Manage after-sales support processes to ensure timely resolution of client issues and foster long-term partnerships. Report regularly on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities to senior management. Leverage CRM tools and MS Office to track leads, manage client data, and streamline communication. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development , customer support , or international sales coordination , preferably in B2B environments. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client interactions. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and consistently achieve targets. Preferred: Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams, especially coordinating with India-based teams. Familiarity with the Sri Lankan market and regional business practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform strategy.
