Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to lead outbound efforts targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will engage with technical and economic buyers, build compelling solution-fit narratives, and generate a high-value sales pipeline. This is a pivotal role within an early-stage GTM team with significant growth momentum and a clear path to promotion. Location: On-site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada Key Responsibilities Represent Rida Khaleeq professionally as a creative and curious salesperson Conduct thorough research on target accounts to develop compelling solution-fit narratives Gain deep understanding of customer needs and the value derived from our platform Build strong relationships with technical users (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors) and economic buyers Manage inbound lead qualification and execute targeted outbound campaigns in key markets Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and ideal customer profiles Create and execute account plans to exceed pipeline generation targets Requirements Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-level decision makers Ability to research and understand complex technical solutions Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Willingness to work on-site in Toronto Compensation: $5,000 CAD per month Career Growth: Fast-track opportunity to Account Executive within 12 months for top performers.
